Clockwork Circus: App Example

[EXAMPLE APP]
NOTE: Submit all finished apps to the group's "Pending" folder to be looked at.

Here is an example of how the App should be filled out.

In the large blank space, please draw a reference of your character in their circus outfit, as well as their casual on the opposite side of it. You may draw the casual outfit as just clothes, or with the character wearing them, this can also be drawn in a simplified "chibi" form if desired, so long as the details of the outfit are not distorted. Include color reference whenever possible.

You can include their extra accessories/items/weapons here also.

Under "Mask View" please draw a signature mask for your character. No two masks should look the same so if you are unsure about your mask design being too similar too someone elses' you can always check forms that have already been submitted, else you would need to make changes to your circus mask in the future. You should draw a headshot of your character wearing the mask under Mask View.

In the "Description" box of your submission please copy and paste the follow, and then fill them out:


[N]ame: The name of your character
[C]ode Name: The character's stage name in the form of an adjective + noun (Ex. Crying Bird )
[G]ender: Character's gender
[A]ge: Character's Age
[H]eight: Character's Height in Feet + Inches
[C]lass: Name of character class
[E]lements: (Your character's dual elements, This is only applied to Thaumaturges)

[C]haracteristic:
- hair color:
- eye color:
- body type:
- and any additional information that may describe specific physical characteristics about them if necessary

[W]eapons:
- What type of main weapon the character uses, including a list of sub-weapons if the character has any.
( Ex. Main Weapon: broadsword
Sub Weapon: Mini bombs etc. )

[C]ircus Talent: What type of circus related talents the character posseses. (Ex. Acrobat, Lion Tamer, Contortionist, etc )

[C]ombat Skills & Weaknesses: Note that this can be in relation to your circus talent (although not specifically required) but it does apply roughly on your character class, so your combat skills should be in relation towards your class. This is also what they are best or good at. Describe what your character is skilled at during off-circus duties. ( Ex. martial arts, close-combat, sword fighting, magic, gunslinging, strategics, defensive, etc)

Along with these skills, include their weaknesses or things they are essentially not good at. (Ex. Bad accuracy, slow, low defense, Easily Distracted, Physically Weak, Attention Disorder, Bad Eyesight, etc. )

[S]pecial Skills:
-Name a few unique, special skills for your character. Describe what the skill does as well as weaknesses/ flaws in that skill.
Ex: " So-and-so can use a skill called "Insert Skill Name Here". This skill conjures a row of ice to fall from the sky, although the skill is limited to a medium distant range and conflicts with fire." (Please limit to a max of 2-3 skills)

[B]ad habit:
- Habits the character may possess

[P]ersonality:
- List of words that describe the character's personalty. You may also write this out in detail if desired.

[L]ikes/[H]ate:
Hate:
-What the character dislikes
Likes:
- What the character likes

[A]dditional Info:
-ANy additonal information about the character

[T]agline: Your character's tagline/person quote, this should be put in parentheses, and should also be written somewhere on your application image.

UPDATE: Many of us have tumblr accounts for our characters for roleplay and Q&A purposes. The name for these accounts are usually in the form of cc+your character's name, you may post a link here to your character's tumblr account if you choose to make one.
